Returns and exchanges

Items can be returned within 30 days of the shipping date. We will gladly exchange your item or offer you a store credit for your next purchase. Items must be unworn and intact. 

The shipping is at the buyer's cost.

Discounted items (excludes promo codes) are final sale.

Damaged

If you receive a damaged item, please report it (email: elathebrandteam@gmail.com) within 5 days of your receipt of the item. After that period of time, we will not be able to issue an exchange or return.

Wrong or missing item

If you received a wrong or missing item, please report it (email: elathebrandteam@gmail.com) within 14 days of your receipt of the item. After that period of time, we will not be able to issue an exchange or return.

Quality

At ELA, we strive to provide good quality and durable products to our customers. However, ELA is not responsible for normal wear and tear of products. Please pay attention to care instructions (view on the website or the washing label).
