Resistance bands are a great addition to any lower body workout. Not only will they help you strengthen your glute muscles, but they will also help you reach for those booty gains.
The bundle includes all 3 bands of 3 different levels of resistance:
- The Teal Band - Medium Resistance
- The Orange Band - Heavy Resistance
- The Blue Band - X-Heavy Resistance
All bands are sturdy and anti-rollup, thanks to the rubber located on the inside. The bundle comes in a mesh bag with drawstring to be easily transported in your gym or travel bag.
